Facades
The facade of a building is probably one of its most important features, both visually and environmentally. A smart, properly maintained facade will not only protect the fabric of your building, it will also create a positive impression in the minds of occupiers. There are many considerations when producing a facade, the primary perhaps being the need for insulation. Properties without facade insulation are prone to heat loss that penetrates through to outside walls, not only damaging to the environment but also economically inefficient.
Weather proofing is also an important factor; an insulation system that protects from driving rain whilst remaining permeable to water vapour will result in a substantially longer life for the facade.
Renders, too, are many and varied, created to meet the aesthetic demands of all tastes, styles and types of architecture. We have experience in applying renders to a wide assortment of buildings, ranging from older properties to new-build state of the art developments.
