Estimator - Facades Closes:
This appointment will give the opportunity to develop already proven abilities in an estimating role. To be based at our Head Office in Laindon, Essex the successful applicant will be computer literate with sound arithmetical, communication and presentation skills. Experience of specification, drawing take off and conversion to lump sum / BOQ tender bids are essential. The ability to negotiate with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors is a pre-requisite. Must have experience in the Facades sectors, preferably with knowledge of Metsec and various rainscreen cladding systems.
