Streatham High Road
The Streatham High Road development is part of Lambeth councils regeneration program and consists of 56 new flats, comprising 11 x 1 bed and 45 x 2 bed, together with the provision of 12 car parking spaces, cycle storage and landscaping.
OCL Ltd were contracted for the following Internal works:-
• 4000/m2 of internal Metal stud partitions and
• 4000/m2 MF Ceilings,
• extensive works to Undercroft soffits incorporating Kooltherm insulation and 15mm SilTech board.
• OCL Ltd also carried out all the Painting & Decorating Works within the building and various elements to the external envelope including Railings, balconies and balustrading
