Parkwest Phase 2

Parkwest phase two blocks K and L is a new build of 119 residential properties, on a multi phase development, with approximately 600 properties in total. A proportion of these are allocated for Housing Associations.

The main contractor, St George West London, specified the products that were used for the interior and exterior. The interior consisted of applying drywall to the walls using 14,500m² of British Gypsum and 8,500m² for the ceilings. 15mm of Soundshield was also applied to the interior walls, as was 12.5mm of Fireshield plasterboard and Soundshield MR, including a 12mm Masterboard. 450m² of floor screeding was also applied to the interior of the properties. Painting and decorating was supplied from Dulux which 40,800m² was used inside blocks K and L.

Metsec façades were used on the exterior in various sizes, together with 75mm of Kingspan TW55. For the façade render Weber monopral was supplied. Approximately 70 OCL operatives worked on site consisting of various trades, completing a total of five blocks to a exceptional standard.
