Arundel Square

The railway line that passes between the new development and the existing gardens has been covered by a structured deck, which has made the public gardens significantly larger. The deck will be leased to Islington Council to be incorporated into the gardens and used as a public space.

United House Group has been developing the Arundel Square project and on completion of Arundel Square will offer both affordable and luxury accommodation overlooking the square. The square will have increased in size by approximately one third and will benefit from being newly landscaped for all the local community to enjoy.

Islington Council has been working closely with local residents and housing developers to ensure the new square respects its local heritage and meets the needs of the local community.
