OCL's work force is of the highest quality and our computerised training matrix ensures that we have an on-going training programme and commitment to keep the business abreast of the latest construction techniques and legislation concerning building standards, health and safety and new technologies.
Operatives receive CSCS training, attend ConstructionSkills CITB Health & Safety, NVQ and City & Guilds accreditation courses, along with manufacturer’s training courses.
We have made significant investments in our own in-house, state of the art training & presentation facility, for all in-house requirements and for use by external trainers and presenters.
