OCL is one of the leading specialist interior and exterior finishing contractors in the UK. We are an independent business which has developed and evolved since being established in 1981 and have built a reputation for delivering high quality solutions for owners, occupiers and developers.
In 2003 we opened our own purpose built headquarters at Laindon, Essex, and by 2008 our groupwide turnover had increased to £50 million p.a. We operate through three contracting businesses.
OCL is an innovative contractor that has the technical, managerial and supervisory capacity to support main contractors and professional design teams from initial concept through to and beyond project completion. Our company strategy is based around a strong in-house capability which gives it greater flexibility and stronger control of contracts.
